Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Faulty or Damaged
If you receive your product and it is faulty or damaged, please email us at email@example.com with a photograph of the damage within seven days and we will be happy to help.
Returns and exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only accept returned items if the product is undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

We recommend using a tracked service.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have recieved your returned item. If approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We don’t hold all products in stock, many of our items are made to order. Items such as cushion ( if out of stock) may take approximately 3 weeks to produce. So please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your exchange.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Made to order and bespoke items such as wallpaper are non refundable
