Boxing Hares – Art Print

£19.95£155.95

Our Boxing Hares illustration depicts the behaviour that happens amongst male (bucks) and females (does) hares often in the month of March. If the male has become too persistent, the female will try and fend him off in a fierce boxing match.

This print comes in lovely neutral tones and will look great in a modern or traditional setting.

Hare Facts: The brown hare is Britain’s fastest land mammal, clocking speeds of up to 40mph. Hares are solitary, and don’t burrow, they live in forms. The best time to see a hare, if you’re lucky enough, is early spring at dawn or dusk. Brown hares in the UK have decreased by up to 80% largely due to loss of habitat, hunting and changes in agricultural places.

All our artwork is printed on high quality Giclee art paper which produces amazing colour depth and gives it a natural look and feel. It is both acid and lignin free. It has a delicate surface, so we recommend extra care when handling.

Our Fine art print designs include a border and fit into standard sized, shop bought frames.
