Hare – Art Print

Our Hare Art Print shows a reluctant brown hare sitting in our beautiful countryside. There are a male and female boxing in the distance.

Hare Facts: The brown hare is Britain’s fastest land mammal, clocking speeds of up to 40mph. Hares are solitary, and don’t burrow, they live in forms. The best time to see a hare, if you’re lucky enough, is early spring at dawn or dusk. Brown hares in the UK have decreased by up to 80% largely due to loss of habitat, hunting and changes in agricultural places.
